# Live-Chat

Durch das *Live-Chat* Widget können Sie Ihre Chatbot-Nutzer in einen Live-Chat auf Slack, Unblu, Microsoft Teams sowie mittels neuer Conversation-API auf Drittsysteme leiten . Der Text im Eingabefeld *Hilfetext für Agenten* wird dem Agenten angezeigt, bevor er mit dem Chatbot-Benutzer in Interaktion tritt.

Mit der **Slack-Variante** verweilen und chatten die Nutzer im Chatbot-Fenster, mit der **Unblu-Variante** wandelt sich das aiaibot Chatbot-Fenster in ein Unblu-Fenster um. Bei beiden Varianten erhalten die Mitarbeiter jeweils auf Slack oder Unblu eine Push-Mitteilung, dass ein neuer Chat gestartet wurde.
