Invoicing is carried out on the 1st day of each month for the previous month. The amount is automatically debited from the credit card and a receipt is sent to the email address given in the billing address.
The details of the price calculation can be viewed under this link. The amount charged is calculated by taking the basic price, which includes 500 Monthly Active Users, and then adding the additional Monthly Active Users.
A person is counted as an "Active User" once he/she has opened or viewed a chatbot session. Each active user is counted only once within a month in any number of chatbot sessions and across any number of websites within a project. Depending on the price plan, the sum of the counted Active Users per month (Monthly Active Users, MAU) can influence the costs of the chatbot.
