There can be several reasons why you may not be able to see your chatbot on the desired page.
1st possibility: the domain
First of all, make sure that you have integrated your website domain into the aiaibot site. In order to play a chatbot, at least one domain must be configured. This domain must also be SSL encrypted. This step-by-step guide will show you exactly how this works.
2nd possibility: website integration
When the domain is configured, you should check whether the website integration has also been successfully implemented. Here you can find out how this works.
3rd possibility: the trigger
A third possibility why your chatbot does not appear on your website could be the missing path in your trigger. The stored path can be used to control on which (sub-)page of your website which story is played. It is important that the domain has been configured in the chatbot settings and that the correct integration has been made. You can find more information about this under "Place a path in a trigger".
4th possibility: online status
Finally, check the status of your chatbot. Are the chatbot and all stories activated and published?
