Prerequisites:
To integrate a Slack Live-Chat into a chatbot, you need an account on slack.com. Also, make sure that the following channel-management settings are correct:
- These people can create open channels: Everyone, except guests (default)
- These people can archive channels: Everyone, except guests (default)
Note: The data entered via Slack can leave Switzerland and the Europe zone.
Connect Slack
In aiaibot, go to Settings -> Chatbot and click Connect Slack.
Choose which channel you want the live chat requests from your chatbot users to be sent to. Confirm by clicking on Allow.
Important: Please select a public channel from the list. Private channels and direct messages will not work.
