In the 
-widget, images and URLs can be inserted and played in the conversation. A preview of the image or link will be displayed in the conversation. Images, YouTube and Vimeo videos, and GIFs will be directly embedded into the conversation.
Please note: Make sure that your pictures are optimized for the web, so that they have a shorter loading time.
The link serves as a reference for pictures, videos and GIFs. The specific kind of media type will be automatically recognized and set when inserted. Additionally, an alternative description has to be added, which describes the image or link in a few words. Variables can also be linked or created to store values.
In addition, the media element can be customized even more individually with so-called modifiers.
- Focus: The widget can be extended to the entire chat and the user can optionally continue the interaction.
- Individual display duration: The time until the next element appears can be set individually.
- One-time display: The element is displayed only once per user session.
- Do not allow enlargement of the image: The image can be enlarged manually in the chat as needed. This setting can also be disabled.
