This function is only available in the Enterprise Solution.
The -widget requires an already trained classifier. To use AI intent recognition in the chatbot, drag the widget to the desired position in the story.
Then, select a classifier and a the categories that should be used at this point. Only classifiers that are set to the same language as the story will be displayed.
Depending on the category recognized, the paths can then be further built as with the decision widget.
If a category is not recognized because it has not been configured or its set threshold has been undercut, the chatbot will continue with the path "The intent of the user was not clearly identified".
