Change profile settings and personal data

To change your profile settings and personal information, click on your name in the blue bar at the top right and then select the «My profile» option.

After that you will get to your personal settings. Here you can adjust the following details:

1️⃣ Profile

In this section you can customize your first and last name. In addition, you can change the interface language and optionally specify your gender and profession. After making adjustments, click «Save» to update your information.

2️⃣ Email address

If you want to change your email address, enter the new email in the corresponding field. Confirm it by entering your password and clicking on «Save». You will then receive an email from us to the new address, in which we ask you to confirm the new address by clicking on the appropriate button. Once you have done this, you will receive a confirmation from us that your email address has been adjusted.

3️⃣ Password

If you want to change your password, please enter your current password first. Then insert your new desired password in the field on the right. Confirm the entry by clicking on «Save». You will then receive an email from us informing you that we have updated your password.

4️⃣ 2-factor-authentication

Change profile settings and personal data To do this, go to your profile settings and scroll down to 2-factor authentication:

Click on Bildschirmfoto_2021-07-06_um_08.25.53.pngand select your preferred setting for 2-factor authentication. You can have the token sent to you by email, SMS or by app (TOTP token):

Confirm your selection by clicking on Bildschirmfoto_2021-07-06_um_08.28.32.png. This will trigger the sending of a token on your preferred medium for 2-factor authentication.

Enter the token sent to you in the six white fields. The token is valid for five minutes. If you do not manage to enter the token in this time, you can trigger a new one by clicking on «Send new code». After entering the token, click on Bildschirmfoto_2021-07-06_um_08.29.52.png. Now you will see in your settings that you have enabled 2-factor authentication. In green you can see which method you have currently selected for this.

You can switch off the 2-factor authentication for yourself at any time by clicking on Bildschirmfoto_2021-07-06_um_08.55.01.png.

5️⃣ Company data

In this section you can view and change the company data you entered during registration. Clicking on «Save» will update your changes.
