Entities

This feature is only available in the Enterprise Solution.

Named Entity Recognition (NER) refers to the automatic recognition of so-called entities. Structured information in the input text is recognized and read out. This can be times or addresses, but also customer-specific entities such as product groups.

You can access the entities by clicking on the option Bildschirmfoto_2021-06-03_um_11.18.31.pngin the upper bar in the AI module. In total, you will find predefined entities for four topics for your free use, which are marked with Bildschirmfoto_2021-06-03_um_11.19.14.png :

  1. Date & time
  2. Location
  3. Email
  4. Phone number

You can also create custom entities. To do this, click on the Bildschirmfoto_2021-06-03_um_11.31.49.pngicon at the bottom left of the window,

After that, a new tile will appear in the overview. Click on it to add reference values manually:

With a click on Bildschirmfoto_2021-06-03_um_11.36.15.pngyou can now define a reference value and associated synonyms. With a click on Bildschirmfoto_2021-06-03_um_11.37.24.pngyou can confirm the entry, with Bildschirmfoto_2021-06-03_um_11.37.45.pngyou can reject it.

You can use the system and custom entities through the AI slots widget in the chatbot dialog. You can find instructions on how to do this at this link.

System entities already specified by aiaibot cannot be edited or added.
