The widget allows chatbot users to enter questions in free text and receive answers to them.
The answers from the FAQ box then also be rated with a thumbs up or down.
To run a FAQ, a FAQ must be created in advance in the AI module.

As mentioned, the customer can ask a question in keywords or free text. In the background, AI then compares the input from the AI FAQ with the user input.
