This feature is only available in the Enterprise Solution.
The widget can be used to automatically read out the entities supported by the AI module in the chat and control the dialog accordingly. Entities that have already been recognized do not have to be queried again by the chatbot in the further course of the dialog.
To use AI Slots in a Story, the widget must be dragged and dropped into the Story Builder after the User Input widget. AI Slots can also be used after an AI Intent widget.
By clicking on you can specify which entity types should be identified in the text of the user input.
Select the desired entity type from the drop-down menu. You can select only one type at a time, however you can add more slots afterwards. The prompt is a text that is displayed to the user in the dialog only if the corresponding entity type could not be recognized in the user input. Confirm or reject
the slot by clicking on the corresponding field. You can then define more entity types or confirm your selection by clicking on
. After that, your defined AI slots will look like this in the Story Builder:
If a defined entity type is not recognized in the user input, the chatbot automatically queries with the defined prompt until it receives the information. If all entity types are recognized, the prompt is not displayed to the user.
